Our schools hold a fun, educational event every month, which gives our students a chance to speak English in a natural environment and to make friends as well.
私たちの学校は、生徒の皆さんに自然な形で英語を話す機会として、また新しい友人を作る事ができる、楽しく、そして、教育的なイベントを毎月行なっています。
10% of the revenue from the parties we have each month is saved for
Teragoya Foundation to use for visiting orphanages in the Gifu area and doing various activities there.
We'll report our activities on the web page.
We appreciate your cooperation.
寺小屋で開催するパーティーの収益の１０％を寺小屋ファウンデー ションに回し、地域の児童養護施設での活動費に充てて行きます。
活動の様子はこちらのページにて報告させていただきます。
パーティーに参加するだけで社会貢献ができます。養護施設での活動ボランティアも募集しております

２月のパーティー
毎年大好評の寺小屋バレンタインカップリングパーティー！今年ももちろんやります！ラブラブゲームをご用意していますので、お楽しみに♥
チケットを事前に購入していただきますが、男女各２０人限定のため毎年すぐ売り切れてしまいます。参加希望の方はお早めにチケットをゲットしてくださいね。
さらにお友だちを誘って一緒に参加していただくと参加費が割引になります（２人で４０００円！）。

１２月のパーティー
★アダルトクリスマスパーティー
１７日土曜日、岐阜校でクリスマスパーティーがありました。プレゼント交換では、おもしろいものもあったし、
実用的なものもあって、ドキドキワクワクでした！マジックショーでは、婚約中のお２人の相性をうらなったり（？）、赤ワインが白ワインになったり！
最後には大きなくす玉も出て来て盛り上がりましたね♪
★キッズクリスマスパーティー
１７日土曜日、一宮校では、キッズクリスマスパーティーをしました。約60人のこどもたちがクリスマスらしいカラフルな服を来て参加してくれました！
サンタクロースも登場し、全員がプレゼントをもらえました♪一緒に写真を撮ったり、お話したり楽しく過ごしました。
最後にはコスチュームコンテストを行い、Most Colorful, Most Christmas, Most Winter, The Bestなど、素敵な衣装で来てくれたみんなが選ばれプレゼントもプライズも贈られました！とっても楽しいクリスマスパーティーでしたね★
★ポットラックパーティー
３日土曜日に、一宮校でちょっと早めのクリスマスパーティをしました～！Pot Luck形式だったので、みなさんお寿司やグラタンなど、いろいろなお料理を持ってきてくださって、とっても豪華なパーティでしたよ！いっぱい食べて、 いっぱい飲んでおいしく、楽しく、アットホームなパーティとなりました♪
１１月のパーティー
ボジョレー解禁から少しおくれて、２６日土曜日に岐阜校でボジョレーパーティを行いました。今年のボジョレーは、去年よりも美味しいかったみたいですね！！
今回のパーティは、ワイングラスで召し上がって頂けたので、気分もいつものパーティと違う雰囲気で楽しんで頂けたようです★ワイン産地当てゲームでは、アルゼンチン、
フランス、イタリア、南アフリカの4種類の赤ワインをご用意。なんと、1チームが全問パーフェクトで優勝されました！数ある選択の中から素晴らしいです！！
パーティが終わるころには、真っ赤なお顔の方もちらほら。みなさんとってもいい気分になっていましたよ～。
１０月のパーティー
★キッズパーティー
１０月２３日のキッズハロウィーンパーティーにご参加頂いたみなさま、ありがとうございました！ お天気にも恵まれ、今年も楽しいイベントとなりました。 今年もかわいい仮装やお友だち同士でそろえた仮装などがあり、たのしいイベントとなりました♪
★アダルトパーティー
２９日のアダルトハロウィーンパーティーはたくさんの方に参加していただき大盛況でした！
ありがとうございました☆ Best Costumeに選ばれたBlack Swan風の仮装はすごいクオリティーが高くて圧巻でした。
他にもLady Gagaの黒タマネギ仮装やセクシーpolice officer & prisoner のペアやゾンビなど、どの仮装もすごかったです！
また来年もお楽しみに ;-)
９月のパーティー
２４日土曜日、岐阜校はベリーダンスのエキゾチックでセクシーな雰囲気に包まれました〜！
総勢１２名のベリーダンサーの踊りは圧巻！通りがかりの人たちも巻き込んで盛り上がりましたね！
Yukata Week
７／３０（土）にTanabata Partyがありました。
一宮校でのパーティーは久しぶり！
Thank you Parren & Welcome Samanthaも含めてのパーティーで子ども～大人までたくさんの人が集まりました。 なんとベイビークラスの子も参加(^^) 生徒さんのKiyotaka君の生ライブもあり、とってもアットホームで良いパーティーでした♪
７月のパーティー
１６日土曜日は岐阜校のReggaeパーティでした。 Henrietteが作ったPina Colada、Blue Margarita, Belliniの３種類はどれも美味しくてみなさん気持ちよく酔っぱらっていました。
ドレスコードも、みなさん、トロピカルな感じでキマってました。DJ VailaliyとReggae singerのヤーマンセットさんが、本格的なDJ機材を持ち込んで、寺小屋はクラブのように大盛り上がり！！！
岐阜校の生徒さんのReggaeダンスから、みんなでリンボーダンスになったり？！みんなで楽しく盛り上がることができました！
やはり夏はReggaeですねー！！
６月のパーティー
２５日土曜日のサルサパーティは大盛況でした！
RosaとHenrietteのセクシーダンスでアツ～イ 夜になりました。みなさん、サルサの基本ステップ練習ばっちりできていましたよ。
ペルー料理＆GloriaのPisco sourは大人気であっという間になくなりました。
なんと、岐阜校の生徒さんからパエリアの差し入れもいただきました。 Gracias!
５月 遠足 Zoo Trip
いいお天気に恵まれて、５月１５日東山動物園に遠足へ行ってきました。年齢ごとのグループに分かれて広い園内を先生と周り、
色々なアクティビティをしましたね！ランチのあとのゲームも盛り上がりました♪
５月のパーティー
今回のパーティーは、Samanthaのwelcome partyということもあり、彼女にちなんだクイズをグループごとに行いました。
トリッキーなクイズもあり、各グループ頭をひねって考えていましたよ！
また、ヒップホップダンサーズのダンスは迫力があり、とっても楽しめました！
簡単なダンスも教えてもらい、カラオケでうけること間違いなし！
４月のパーティー
４月のパーティーでは、岐阜周辺で活躍するアンサンブルユニットWingのみなさんに演奏していただきました！
ほんとうにステキなパフォーマンスでした！生の楽器の音っていいですね〜♪
寺小屋では、今年のパーティーの収益の一部を、東日本大震災の救援金として日本赤十字へ募金していきます。
みなさんのご協力に感謝します。
３月のパーティー
３／１９（土）のSt. Patrick's Dayパーティーでは、すてきなアイルランドの伝統音楽を聞かせてもらったり、
ダンスも披露していただきました！そのあとでダンス指導を受けましたが、独特のステップが難しくみなさん四苦八苦でしたね。
グリーンビールもおいしかった！？
２月のパーティー
１９日のTeragoyaカップリングパーティーは大盛り上がりでした！なんと去年の倍、８組のカップルが誕生しました！参加者の名前を使った面白いビンゴゲームや、
輪ゴムの口移しゲームで会場は大盛り上がりでした。見ている方もドキドキ興奮してしまいました<3
１月のパーティー
寺小屋新年パーティーは楽しかったですね！間近で聞く羽島太鼓の演奏は迫力がありました。太鼓の音ってすごいですね〜。
餅つきするJeremyとParrenの姿は、けっこう様になっていたような気がしますが、どうでしょうか？
2010 EVENTS - イベント
December party １２月のパーティー
１２月１７日に一宮校にてプレスクールの子どもたちと小学生の子どもたちを対象にしたクリスマスパーティーを行いました。
お母さん方にも参加して頂き、とっても盛り上がりました。クラスで習ったChristmas songをみんなで歌ったり、RoseとSuzetteとクリスマスにちなんだゲームをしたり…サンタさんも登場しましたね〜。
皆さんにケーキやお料理も楽しんで頂けて良かったです♪
翌１８日は岐阜校でクリスマスパーティーが開かれました。毎年恒例のシークレットサンタは今年も大盛り上がり！マジックショーではテーブルが宙に浮いたりカードマジックがあったり、すごかったですねー！
November party １１月のパーティー
１１月２７日のボジョレーヌーボーパーティー＆ライブは、おいしいワインとすてきなライブパフォーマンスを楽しみました♪すごく飲みやすいボジョレーワインで、
あっという間に売り切れてしまいました〜。来年もボジョレーパーティーをやる予定なので、ぜひまた来てくださいね！
Halloween Party １０月のパーティー
今年のハロウィンパーティーは台風でどうなることかと心配されましたが、無事開催することができました！
キッズパーティーでは、かわいい手作りコスチュームやかっこいい鎧兜姿も見かけました！グループでおそろいのコスチュームを着て来てくれた子たちもいました。
ゲームやクラフト作りのあとはお楽しみのTrick or Treatで会場のホーカスポーカス中を走り回ってお菓子を集めて、とっても楽しそうでした。フラダンスもステキでしたね。
夜のアダルトパーティーもすごく盛り上がりました！仮装もいろんなのがあり外国のパーティーを思わせるようでした★ 来年もお楽しみに！！

September party ９月のパーティー
９月のパーティークラシックナイトでは、美しい歌声が岐阜校に響き渡りました。階段を使った演出もステキでしたね。
演奏の前後には解説も交えてもらい曲の理解も深まり、秋の夜長にしっとりとした贅沢な気分にひたれました。ユカリさん、アンズさん、ありがとうございました！
At the Classical Night party in September, our very own Gifu student Yukari, who is a professional singer,
was showcased. A beautiful voice echoed through Teragoya Gifu School as she gave an amazing performance using our staircase. Before and after she sang, she told us stories about each song so we could understand them better.
It was so enjoyable to listen to sophisticated songs on a cool autumn night.
Rock Night 2010! ７月のパーティー
今年もRock Night盛り上がりましたね！！一宮校の生徒さんにも弾き語りで歌っていただきました♪God of Thunderのみなさん、かっこいいパフォーマンスをありがとうございました！写真は岐阜校と岐南校のブログから見ることができますよ★
We had a great night at Rock Night on July 26th.
Our Ichinomiya School's student sang and played the guitar too as an opening act.
God of Thunder followed with a very cool performance!

Salsa Night ６月のパーティー
We had a sizzling Salsa Party on June 26th at Gifu School.
We had scrumptious Latin American foods, Gloria's special Pisco cocktail,
and enjoyed salsa dancing! Ol?!
６月２６日土曜日、岐阜校にてサルサパーティーがありました！
おいしいラテンアメリカ料理に舌鼓して、Gloriaお手製のペルーのお酒ピスコを使ったカクテルでほろ酔い（？）、サルサダンスで盛り上がりました！！
Teragoya BBQ party バーベキューパーティー
５月３０日は毎年恒例のバーベキューパーティーがありました！先週雨だったうっぷんを晴らすようないいお天気で、たくさんの生徒さんやそのお友だち・家族の方々に来ていただきました。
くじやゲームでも大盛り上がりでしたね！来年もお楽しみに！
We had our annual BBQ party on May 30th. Last week it was rainy, but it was a beautiful sunny day on Sunday.
Lots of students came with their friends and families. Everyone enjoyed the lottery and playing games together!

Raggae party & Sayaka's Farewell ４月のパーティー
４月１７日におこなったRaggae & Sayaka's Farewell partyは大盛り上がりでした！
来てくださったみなさん、ありがとうございました！
生徒さんによるダンスやスーパーヨーヨーの披露があったり、God of Thunderのメンバーが来てくれたりと、あっという間に時間が過ぎてしまいました。 Debbieのスペシャルカクテルも好評でしたね。
Our Reggae & Sayaka's Farewell party on April 17th was so much fun! Thank you all for coming to the party!
At the party, our student Takako danced, Fumiyasu performed his super yo-yo routine, God of Thunder came by to say hi, and much more... Time passed so quickly! Debbie's special cocktail was yummy, too! :-P
Mix & Mingle and Henriette's welcome party３月のパーティー
We had a “Mix Mingle & Henriette's welcome party” on March 27th at Gifu school.
The theme color was spring colors of red, pink yellow and green. Jeremy wore a nice green T-shirt :-D
At Henriette's introduction quiz, there were many unexpected correct answers!!
It was fun to meet so many new people at the party!
３月２７日、岐阜校で３月のパーティーがありました。春色（赤、ピンク、黄色、緑）がテーマカラーということで、Jeremy、緑のシャツが似合ってましたね。
Henriette自己紹介クイズでは、予想外の正解者続出！たくさんの出会いがあって楽しかったですね。
Valentine's Day Party ２月のパーティー
There was a Valentine's Singles Party on February 13th at Gifu School.
Many single men and women enjoyed games and after the speed dating, there were four couples!!
It was very sweet night!
２月１３日に岐阜校でバレンタインパーティーがありました！
たくさんの人に参加してもらって、Speed datingでは、なんと４組のカップルが誕生！！！
とっても盛り上がって楽しいパーティーでした♪
New Year's Party 2010
On January 23rd, we held a New Year's party at our Gifu school.
The theme was the Olympics!
Nikko was dressed up like a character from a Greek myth. Also,
we enjoyed hunting for medals around the school!
１月２３日（土）、岐阜校でパーティーがありました。 テーマはオリンピック！ ２月に開幕する、バンクーバーオリンピックをフィーチャーしました。
Nikkoがギリシャ神話の女神みたいでステキでしたね。メダル探しゲームでは、スクールに隠されたメダルを探しまわって盛り上がりました♪

Book Fair ブックフェア
During the Teragoya book fair, you can buy any storybook we have introduced before at 100 yen off!
We can offer special gift wrapping too. Storybooks are a great Christmas gift for your child or friends.
The books come with CDs--you don't need to worry about your English.
Teragoya's native speaker teachers tell your child the story.
The book fair is until Saturday, December 26th. Don't miss this chance!

Ichinomiya's Christmas Party
At Ichinomiya School, there was a Christmas party on December 25th. In the morning we held a party for the Kids Play Club,
and at night another party was held for kids and adults students. Also, it was Allison's last day working at Teragoya.
We're looking forward to seeing you and your baby!

Kids & Adultsは夜にありました。この日が最後の出勤となるAllison、元気な赤ちゃんを生んでね！
Gifu's Christmas Party
On December 19th, there was a Christmas party at our Gifu school. Secret Santa was so much fun!
Everybody got various interesting presents!!
岐阜校のパーティーは１２月１９日にありました。シークレットサンタではみんなが趣向をこらしたプレゼントを用意していて、とっても盛り上がりましたね！
Ginan's Christmas Party
The Kids Christmas party at Ginan was on December 23rd. At the party, children enjoyed making Christmas stockings and playing Christmas bingo.
And they received Christmas presents from Santa Claus!
岐南校にて１２月２３日、キッズクリスマスパーティーがありました。このパーティーではクリスマスストッキングを作ったり、クリスマスビンゴをしたり。そしてサンタさんからクリスマスプレゼントもありました！

Teragoya enjoyed Akimatsuri featuring Clover Coffee at Hocus Pocus.
There were many babies and mamas and they all enjoyed handmade crafts, food, and having a picnic!
岐南校のあるホーカスポーカスで人気のカフェ、Clover Coffee（クローバーコーヒー）さん主催のあきまつりに寺小屋も参加しました！
たくさんのママ＆べビーが来ていてとってもにぎやかでした。ハンドメイドのクラフトや食べ物などあって楽しかったですね。

Ginan Thanksgiving Potluck Party for Kids
Thank you for coming to Ginan's Thanksgiving & November Birthday Party!
It was a potluck feast and we enjoyed many different dishes which the mothers cooked in the morning!
Thank you, mamas!! The kids made turkey-shaped dreamcatchers which were cute!
寺小屋岐南校でサンクスギビング＆１１月生まれの誕生日会を行いました！
１人1品持ち寄りあう、いわゆる”potluck”式。ママ達、朝からとっても美味しいランチを作って下さってありがとうございました！みんな自分のママの味、普段とは違う料理にエキサイト！！
工作はドリームキャッチャーでした。Thanksgivingにちなんで、手形のターキーをあしらったかわいい壁掛けができました。
Halloween Party 2009
We had our Kids Halloween Party at our Ginan school in the Hocus Pocus shopping center, on Sunday 25th October.
The kids' costumes were all wonderful! Many of them were hand-made.
The kids enjoyed playing trick or treat and they got a lot of candy. At the end they danced with the teachers and it was so cute!

On the same night, we had the Adults' Halloween Party at Gifu School.
Students came in a variety of wild and unique costumes such as the Power Rangers and sexy Chinese lady, and all of them were awesome!

5人組ヒーローがいたり、セクシー（？）なチャイナ美人がいたり、今年も個性的な仮装がいっぱいでした。

Jazz Night
Thank you for coming to our jazz party! There were many, many people and we all enjoyed the jazz performance
by the Suzuki Manabu Trio. The live music was awesome!

やっぱり生演奏は音がいいですね?♪ とっても贅沢な時間でした。
Kids Camp 09
We finally got to go to kids camp on August 24th! It was sunny and a perfect day for a BBQ!
We went shopping and cooked salmon and hamburgers at the BBQ sites. We also played water games,
had fun with all the equipment, drew insects at the BBQ sites and wrote our names in English.
Did you enjoy BBQ? It was fun, wasn’t it!!
8/2の予定だったキャンプが大雨により延期になり、8/24にやっと行ってきました。
この日は晴天！風もあり涼しくとっても良い日でした！
みんなでショッピング、キャンプ場でのクッキング。鮭のホイル焼きやハンバーガーを食べました。
遊具で遊んだり、水を使ったゲームをしたり、キャンプ場にいる昆虫の絵や、名前を英語で書いたりもしました。
みんな夏のよい思い出ができたかな？楽しかったね！
Yukata week 2009
During yukata week, students, staff and teachers came in beautiful yukata and cool jinbei. Everyone looked
great and had a lot of fun!

Rock night 2009!!
Rock night was so much fun! It was Cat's farewell party too and lots of students came to see Cat and say goodbye.

Latin American party
Our party in June was a Latin American party!
The Spanish teacher Gloria and her friend served Latin food and drinks and they gave us a lesson of salsa dance! It was fun!
6月のパーティーはラテンパーティーでした！スペイン語講師のGloriaとその友達がラテンなフード＆ドリンクを振る舞ってくれたり、
サルサダンスの簡単なレッスンもしてくれました！たのしかったですね！
Teragoya BBQ 2009!
We had Teragoya's 2009 BBQ party on Sunday, May 31st!
There were more than a hundred people there. Everybody was worried about the weather at first but we were lucky that
it was sunny - not too hot and not too cold!
We enjoyed eating lots of food such as meat, vegetables, hot dogs, okonomiyaki, yakisoba, salad, and fruit punch,
all with beer or tea!
This year we did games not only with the kids but also with the adults!
It was so much fun to do activities outside with many people!
5/31(日）にTERAGOYA BBQ PARTY 2009がありました！
毎年恒例で100人以上の参加。
天気を心配しましたが、晴れて風の心地よい天気に恵まれました。
肉、野菜、ホットドック、お好み焼き、焼きそば、サラダ、フルーツポンチなどなくさんの食べ物とビールにジ
ュースを片手にみんなとっても楽しそうでした！
今年は子どものゲームに加え、大人のゲームもやりました。
野外で、大人数でわいわいするのは楽しいですね！
Maik & Dean's German Welcome Party
At Gifu School, we have a new German teacher Maik and a new TOEIC & Business class teacher Dean.
Our party in April was their welcome party and the theme was Germany!
Maik and his wife cooked delicious German dishes! It was fun!

シンボルカラーの緑色のものや、シャムロック（クローバー）のものを身につけて来てくださいね。

一宮校のキッズクリスマスパーティー☆みんな、先生とのボーリングでとっても楽しそうでした！
途中でサンタさんの登場もあり、大興奮。たくさんピンが倒れるととっても嬉しそうに先生とハイタッチしてました。
They really enjoyed bowling with teachers.
Santa showed up in the middle!They had big smiles on their faces & gave
each other `high-fives` when they got a good score.

Thanksgiving Day Party 2008
１１月２２日（土）岐阜校でのThanksgiving 60s Partyは、60s Music & Fashionで盛り上がりました！
Best 60s Costume Prizeにはナオヤさんが選ばれ、Beatles game winnerはアユミさんでした。
Cat & Debbieの６０sドレスもすてきでしたし、Averistusがギターで弾き語りしたり、JohnがとてもBeatlesに詳しかったり（イギリス人なので普通？）、とおもしろかったです。
とってもアットホームな雰囲気で盛り上がったパーティーの写真はブログを見てくださいね。
We had fun with 60s music & fashion at our Thanksgiving 60s Party at Gifu School!
Naoya got the best 60s costume prize and Ayumi won the Beatles game!
It was so much fun to see Cat and Debbie wearing nice cute 60s dresses, Av playing the guitar, and John was very good at singing
the Beatles!

We had a heartful Thanksgiving Day Party doing Potluck.
Thank you to everyone for bringing delicious dishes!!
There were lots of dishes so it was difficult to set them all on the table.
Halloween Party Prize Winners
ハロウィンパーティー大人の部で賞を取った生徒さんたちには、先生やスタッフの手作り賞品が贈られました！
とってもステキな作品ばかりで、しかも世界に１つしかない超プレミアものなんです！
The prize winners at the Adults Halloween Party got special prizes that the teachers and staff made by themselves!
Those pieces of art are all fantastic and there is only one piece like each of them in the world!!

１０月２６日（日）、岐南校のあるHocus PocusにてTeragoya Kids Halloween Partyを開催しました！
今年もキッズたちの仮装がすごくこっていました！手作り仮装の子もおおく、お母さんたちにも感謝です。
Trick or treatも楽しんで、さいごにはみんなで仮装パレード＆ダンスをして、とってもかわいかったです！

We had our Kids Halloween Party at Hocus Pocus where our Ginan School is located, on Sunday 26th October.
The costumes the kids wore were all wonderful! Many of them were hand-made.
The kids enjoyed playing trick or treat. At the end they paraded and danced. It was so cute!

African Party
９月１２日（金）に岐阜校でアフリカンパーティがありました。
Djembeの演奏は迫力がありました！
Chakalaka, Boerewors, Chesse dish, Melktertなど、目新しい南アフリカ料理 も堪能できました。

There was an African Party held at Gifu School on Friday 12th September.
The djembe players were so dynamic! And we enjoyed food from South Africa like Chakalaka, Boerewors, Cheese dish, Melktert and

８月３０日岐南校にて、Hawaiian Partyを開催しました！
生徒さんたちによるウクレレ演奏やフラダンスなど、たのしいアクティビティがたくさん！
We had a Hawaiian Party at Ginan School on 30th August.
There were many activities like ukulele music and fradancing by our students!
Yukata Week
寺小屋夏恒例☆浴衣を着てレッスンをする浴衣ウィーク！
今年もやりますよ☆
一宮校では、七夕祭りと合わせて浴衣ウィークは７月２１日～２７日まで。
岐阜校と岐南校では、お盆休み前の１週間、８月４日～９日まで。
浴衣でも甚平でもOKです！
Every summer we have Yukata week, when all the staff wear yukata.
At Ichinomiya School, Yukata week is from 21st to 27th July, held in line with Tanabata matsuri.
At Gifu and Ginan Schools, the week is from 4th to 9th August just before Obon holiday.
You can wear Jinbei too!
Teragoya Kids' Day Camp 2008
８月３日（日）はTeragoya Kids Day Campでたのしもう！
グリーンプラザみやまで、先生たちと英会話しながらバーベキューをしたりゲームをしたり！
大自然の中で一日中英語漬けですよ☆
Enjoy Day Camp with us! We have Kids Day Camp on 3rd August.
It's at Green Plaza Miyama, and the kids will enjoy a BBQ and games with our teachers!
They speak English all day long!!

６月１日日曜日、梅雨入り直前の天気に恵まれた１日でした。
毎年恒例のwater fight!今年も白熱しました！
大人も子供も一緒になって楽しみました。
また来年も会おう！！
On Sunday 1st June we had a perfect day for a BBQ.
We had a water fight as usual, and it was exciting!! Both the kids and the adults enjoyed it!

５月２３日金曜日、岐阜校でのパーティーは、AvのウェルカムパーティーとSuzanneのサヨナラパーティーをしました。
たくさんの生徒さんに来てもらってSuzanneもよろこんでいました。
We had a party on 23rd May, and it was for Av's welcome and Suzanne's goodbye party.
Suzanne was happy to meet many students!

４月１９日土曜日、岐阜校にてTERAGOYA SPRING PARTYを開催しました。
２００８年度のパーティー収益の１０％をユニセフに募金
We'll have our Teragoya Spring Party at Gifu School on 19th April.
The party will be more energetic so don't miss it!
Teragoya decided to donate 10% of its takings from the parties through the year to charity.
St. Patrick's Day Party 08
アイルランドでいちばん盛り上がるのが、このSt. Patrick's Day！まだまだ日本では馴染みがうすいですが、寺小屋ではアイルランド出身のJasonもいるので盛り上げていきますよ！
３月１４日（金）の岐阜校でのSt. Patrick's Day Partyでは、みんな緑色のものを身に付けて来てくれました！
St. Patrick's Day is the biggest event in Ireland! Here in Japan, it's not very popular but Teragoya had Jason from Ireland so we
could enjoy the party!
We had the party on 14th March. Everybody wore green!
Valentine's Day Party 08
２月１５日（金）一宮でspeed datingというバレンタインならではのイベントやりました。
そして２月１６日（土）は岐阜校でバレンタインパーティーでチョコレートフォンデュをたのしみました♪
We had Speed Dating at Ichinomiya School on 15th February.
Also Gifu School had the same party on 16th. We did chocolate fondue!!
New Year's Party 08
1月18日金曜日に、寺小屋岐阜校にてNew Year's Partyを開催しました！
Jasonの歓迎会でしたが誕生日もいっしょにお祝いしました。
Teragoya's New Year's Party 2008 was on 18th January. It was the welcome and birthday party for Jason! Happy birthday!

参加した人たちはめずらしい外国産のお菓子（なかには怪しいものも。。。！）を持ち寄って、みんなとシェアしました！

大盛況だった今年のハロウィンパーティー！
昼間のキッズパーティーは岐南校のあるホーカスポーカスで行いました。みんな仮装して来てかっこよかったよ！
クラフトしたりフェイスペイントしたりゲームしたり、たのしかったね。

We had the kids' Halloween party at Hocus Pocus. The kids came in costumes and all looked cool!
They enjoyed many activities like making crafts, face painting and playing games.
夜のアダルトパーティーは岐阜校で開催しました。岐阜校のラウンジに入りきらないくらいの参加者でした。
魔女や黒猫・宇宙人から、白塗りのお殿様や女中さん、１３日の金曜日のジェイソン並みに怖かった仮装など、たのしませていただきました！

先生たちの浴衣姿や甚平姿もステキでしたね。
In Yukata week in August, we wore yukata and our students came in yukata too!
It was fun to see teachers in yukata and jinbei.
Music Night July 07
岐阜校の生徒のカツラさんは東海地方で活躍するソプラニスト♪
カツラさんだけでなくご友人のチェリストとピアニストの方と共演していただきました。
Gifu School's student, Katsura, is a soprano singer, singing around Toukai area.
She and her friends came to Gifu School to sing wonderful songs.

今年もKids Day Campに行ってきました！
子供たちとスタッフで買物からBBQ、ゲームやアクティビティまで、１日中英語でたのしみました。また来年も来ようね！

Everyone wore something green based on St. Patrick's Day.
Valentine's Day Party - February 07
岐阜校でやったバレンタインパーティーでは、チョコレートフォンデュが大好評でした！
イチゴやバナナ、マシュマロなどを串にさして、溶けたチョコレートにディップして。
Gifu School had a big success with St. Valentine's Day Party! Everyone loved the chocolate fondue.
We enjoyed dipping fruits like strawberries and bananas, or marshmallows, into chocolate!! Yummy!!

Yukata Week
When: August 8-13, 2005
Students and staff alike came decked out in traditional Japanese summer kimonos, or yukatas. It was an incredibly fun and traditional week to see everyone in their beautiful summer dress.

This year's St. Patrick's Day event was a huge success with merry revelers both Irish and otherwise. The band Nalsa added to the festivities with dancing and fun.

Christmas Party
The Christmas season is always a merry time at The Bohme English Academy. Teachers from various countries 'round the globe lead our staff and students in a variety of holiday activities. Tree decorations, special Christmas baking and speciality coffees are but a few of our activities.

Our Thanksgiving celebration was held November 27 and was a huge success. Over 60 students and staff enjoyed scrumptious turkey, stuffing and all the fixings at our Ginan School at Hocus Pocus.
待ちに待った寺小屋の『サンクスギビングデー パーティー』が、11月27日（土）、岐南校にて行なわれました。感謝祭には欠かせないとてもおいしい七面鳥と、本場さながらのお料理で、大満足でした！

一日留学
英語寺小屋での初めての一日留学プログラムは４月４日に行われました。大人５人、子供３人が参加し、９amから５pmまでの８時間、全て英語でいろいろなアクティビティーをして、大成功でした。
